The award for the Top Associate Enroller honors the Associate who is the most successful in sharing Dr. Wentz' vision of true wealth through bringing new associates into the USANA family.

What a year it's been for Foundation Executive Diamond and 12-Star Diamond Directors Annette and Victor Que. Since the 2014 International Convention, the power duo managed to defy even the highest expectations by making the leap from 9-Star to 12-Star Diamond Directors. Success like this makes it clear there is a reason they won the Top Associate Enroller award.
But this accomplishment didn't happen overnight-Annette and Victor developed an aggressive strategy and worked tirelessly to execute it. "For us, this is the hardest award to achieve," they say. "Becoming the Top Enrollers means we had to remain focused on constantly enrolling, and then trusting in the incredible downline we' ve developed to mentor and guide these new Associates."
Trust is an attribute Annette and Victor rely on more and more as they continue to climb to greater levels of success. They understand USANA provides the path and tools to succeed, but it's up to them to forge down the path and trust in the resources provided. "It helps when you wholeheartedly believe USANA's products are second to none," they say. "And the recent improvements to the compensation plan totally changed everything for us. T his made it so much easier for us to achieve our goals."
Moving forward, Annette and Victor know it's important to stick to what works-sharing the vision of Dr. Wentz. They call this their ultimate mission, because it's what continues to lead them to new achievements and has the greatest impact on people around the world.
"Always have the vision on your mind," they say. "Yes, you want personal success, but you're in USANA to help people change their lives, which is exactly what Dr. Wentz envisions."
